After many years working across the Build-to-Rent sector, our team saw the opportunity to do things differently. In partnership with Royal London Asset Management, we set out to develop and manage high-quality homes in regional towns and cities across the UK, built for people with everyday incomes who want stability without compromise.

As new entrants to the sector, we’ve had the advantage of starting with a clean sheet. We’re not trying to replicate the big high-rise, high-amenity city-centre model that dominates the BTR conversation. Instead, our focus is on suburban and regional communities – places where people want good value, good service, and a sense of belonging. By setting clear standards and staying true to our values, we aim to lead from the front in these markets, creating desirable, well-managed rental homes that feel grounded in real life.
