ProperTies Living was created with a simple belief at its heart...

Better rental homes for more people. Good rental homes should feel safe, secure, and well cared for – places where people can put down real roots. After many years working across the Build-to-Rent sector, our team saw the opportunity to do things differently. In partnership with Royal London Asset Management, we set out to develop and manage high-quality homes in regional towns and cities across the UK, built for people with everyday incomes who want stability without compromise.

Our place in a changing BTR landscape
As new entrants to the sector, we’ve had the advantage of starting with a clean sheet. We’re not trying to replicate the big high-rise, high-amenity city-centre model that dominates the BTR conversation. Instead, our focus is on suburban and regional communities – places where people want good value, good service, and a sense of belonging. By setting clear standards and staying true to our values, we aim to lead from the front in these markets, creating desirable, well-managed rental homes that feel grounded in real life.
